It's been a continual fight to get things sorted. I don't recommend at all. For almost a year the wrong food has been sent to an IBS sufferer. At a time when they're most vulnerable they're trying to poison one of their clients. If this food was eaten there would be a very sick, in pain person who is not strong enough to handle this. She is going without food so we have to take food in to her. Their behaviour is very mean and a sad way to treat another person who actually pays for their help. 😢

wow what a difference a few months make! after two years of regular visits to see my uncle the changes the new management have made is simply awesome. even the horrid food has vastly improved to a point my uncle is finally gaining weight again!

I am the new manager for Eastcliffe, I will be working on the invasive plant species on our boarders. I am delighted to be with Eastcliffe. There is a lot of work going on behind the scenes on imporvments in offerings - including food, and getting new activities on board. What do I love most about the village - the caring staff + residents and the outstanding views.
