I called the number on the website to book an appointment for my dad to have his ears removed of wax, the receptionist asked what area & I said langney, Eastbourne, she booked the appointment & I payed £64, she went through some details & sent me an email to confirm, the appointment was in slough, I was cross as if the receptionist had asked for my postcode then I would know , when I called back she had then asked for my postcode, she had said that there wasn’t a clinic in Eastbourne but on your website it states there is. My ears were very blocked and microsuction is almost an enjoyable experience especially in the hands of Kath who is friendly, professional and gentle, what a joy when you can hear clearly again. I thoroughly recommend.
