Bought a $6000 spot zero machine from this company. When I hooked it up to use it didnt improve the water quality like it should. When I inquired I was told that they don’t sell the machine with the filtering membranes. I would have to buy those separate. That is basically the same as buying a car and then being told the motor has to be purchased separately. Now I will end up spending over $800 additional to have a brand new machine operate correctly.
