My wife, Laura, and I had one to one sessions with Sandra. Sandra is very welcoming and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions to help us feel at ease with what was a daunting process. Over the five sessions, we both felt more and more comfortable and confident for Laura giving birth and for me to support her throughout labour. Would highly recommend.
There is no one else like Sandra! You will feel empowered, supported, informed, cared for and listened to! When I was searching the area for an experienced hypnobirthing coach Sanda was THE only one in the whole of East Yorkshire with the amount of experience she has. From first communications to our last session her kindness and knowledge has enabled me to make the right choices for myself and my baby.
