I just went to East Yard for the first time for their Hyrox Open and it was a great overall experience. The gym is clean and well laid out, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and encouraging, and so were all of the members that I met. If you're looking for a fun community to join that can also help you achieve your fitness goals, I'd highly recommend them.
Was in town for work and took a drop in class. Was a great workout and the coach took the time to make sure I understood the workout and coached me like regular member

Friendly, welcoming, and encouraging staff and community. Clean and well equipped. Thoughtful and challenging workout preceeded by a thorough warmup. Made for a great drop in, will definitely make it a point to stop back in next time I’m in the Portland area.
Visiting my sister from out of town and still wanted to be able to train and get a good workout in, I found east yard cross fit and decided to try it out. I brought my sister to a class and loved it so much I came back for a second time today. It was an awesome workout and awesome vibe! It was also fun to meet new people who were also checking it out from out of town. I will for sure be back whenever I visit Portland, ME!!! Thank you east yard xfit!!!!!
