First time using East-Wing Auctions. I was a bit confused by the way the shipping cost information was posted on the auction that I put bids in to. After winning a bid and questioning the cost of shipping and insurance I found that their customer service is excellent. Clear and prompt explanations to my questions and more surprisingly I found them to be flexible in solving my misunderstandings of the shipping process. Kudos to whomever (Taylor S.?) is in charge of customer contact.
I have been watching East-Wing for a few years now and I am impressed. Innovative, professional, ambitious, not to be underestimated, a company to be watched.
Evan & Taylor are by far, the best estate sale liquidation company in Connecticut. None better! They’re honest and extremely fair, and very concerned for both their customers and buyers. If I could give a higher star rating I would. Trustworthy, compassionate, concerned and always go out of their way!! Don’t look any further than East Wing Estate Sales……
