The pick-up process for my items was seamless, very well organized and employees were very helpful, kind and just pleasant to be around.
Everything went very smoothly.
Everyone was very kind and nice. However, I was not impressed with pickup. I basically was handed a list and pretty much told to pick my order. Nothing I ordered was furniture or heavy. I've been to other auction pickups from other sites and they usually have orders pre picked so everything is together. And orders are often usually bagged and tagged.
