I went and purchased something under the aggreement that it could be returned as it was a gift. There is no clear exchange/refund policy.After much round about, I got only a partial refund, where the owner kept the tax portion. Maybe Revenue Canada ought to know about this. Basically, she is paying herself to issue a refund. The item was old and had been in her shop for years. Not a good place to shop given the policy.
Their quality products and their amazing customer service are top notch. I've bought the finest japaneese encens, the best I've ever smelled.
