A unique blend of Tiger, Dragon and Crane styles of Kung Fu brought to Okinawa in the late 1800's. Now one of the most popular styles of karate on Okinawa, Uechi Ryu is known for it's circular block and open hand techniques. The Master here is very compassionate with the styles he teaches here and knowledgeable in each. Been in the community and has a reputation of the clean and friendly dojo. There is no contempt if you learn from a different style or are continuing a different style from it's own here. It's also a great place for children to learn discipline, confidence, and respect. Highly recommended.
