The staff at this business is extremely rude and obnoxious - would now avoid doing business them in any capacity. We found them on Google while looking for charter in Ohio - they even have a charter section on their website. When we called to get a quote this really rude lady picked up the phone and basically snapped at me for calling to do business with them based on their advertising and website - what a complete idiot.
