I recently ordered a new futon cover. The selection was great, ordering was easy, staff were friendly, and our item was perfect and arrived quickly.
Received a tatami bed set but had damages on both bed and the mattress when received. Damage wasn't significant but was obviously disappointed in the product after having spent almost two thousand for the set. Shipping times was too slow as well. It took over a month to get the shipment when we we initially told it would take a week or two. EDIT: You never mentioned anything about replacing. You asked if I damaged the mat while installing it.
