Not my first futon frame from East/West. Always excellent quality and service.
Wow, what a great place. We needed to replace our old futon and futon cover and we are so pleased with the service and our purchases. They let us sit and lie on the options and sent us on our way with the futon already in its cover (cuz we’re way too lazy and uncoordinated to do it ourselves!).
Awesome service and great product
Great store I highly recommend, customer service was on point. Justin is a great guy. I’m very excited to try out my new shikibuton
