Justin was very friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and was super patient. We bought three shikibuton mattresses and four buckwheat pillows and are very satisfied. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for beds made of natural materials.
The service and integrity was like nothing I’ve experienced since the 80’s. The owner and apprentice were so wonderful. They spent so much time with us before our purchase in a way that we could tell their interest was completely authentic. We will give part 2 of our review once we receive our mats, bed frame and shikibuton. In case you are wondering , ask to speak with Bruce Willis when you call in , or Justin Case..both of these gentlemen are very patient and knowledgeable with the greatest sense of humour
