Lackadaisical company that doesn’t answer their phone, or check the quality of their products before shipping them out to customers. Received two tatami mats that were different in size and quality.
Fantastic inventory selection for a slightly uncommon item. ;) The customer service was great too, I knew where my shikibuton/tatamis were in every step of the shipping process, and they showed up much quicker than I expected. Here's to an upgrade in my sleep quality!
Justin was very friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and was super patient. We bought three shikibuton mattresses and four buckwheat pillows and are very satisfied. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for beds made of natural materials.
