Excellent quality dining set! Fast shipping, great customer service, and everything was well packed. The solid wood construction is sturdy, and assembly was quick and easy. Highly recommend!
this company was on top of everything from the minute we ordered, with emails, texts and phone calls on when delivery would arrive, my 9 piece dining room set is amazing , came early, was brought inside by friendly drivers, I really cant ask for more service than I received...very satisfied
Absolutely love my kitchen set, first purchased the table with two chairs, then purchased two additional chairs. There was a delivery error by FedEx, driver took it to the wrong house. I was able to locate it and retrieved it! East West also notified and they jumped right in help locate it. The table and chairs were well packaged, arrived safely, and were easy to put together, with ez directions and all materials provide. AAA+ Here's a picture!
David was very helpful and professional and was very patient with us. He showed us their inventory in the warehouse and online and helped us choose the right dining chairs. Highly recommended!
