Good service have a patient to service very helpful
This bank is terrible, I made a wite transfer of 50,000 on 10/27/2025. They will not release the funds either back to me or to the receiver. My bank has filed all the necessary paperwork to recall this wire transfers. They have not responded. I have filed a complaint with the CFPB. I have also sent them a personal email with I included all the paperwork. My next step is the FBI. They are good at taking money, but try to get your money back from them. It is not happening . Beware of this eastwest bank.
