I would like to make a formal complaint regarding April one of the front desk clerk girl. I visit the bank alot to make a deposit, and on multiple occasions I have observed her using her phone, either playing video games or looking at social media, chatting with other people, while customers are waiting every time I go to the bank. When I approach her for assistance, she always tells me and all the other customers that she is busy and makes me wait for another staff member to help me with my deposit.
