I appreciate branch manager come in to my friend's store to open a business account for him few months ago. It makes things much easier since my friend was busy and could not visit the branch. I think is name is Clarence Ho or Calvin Ho'
This particular branch is the worst. This branch was originally a legacy Standard Savings in the 80’s. Through M&A, it became an EWB. There are 2 ladies in the branch of a newer generation. One recently “merged in,” while the other has been at this branch for some time. Both are snotty, self-absorbed and arrogant little princesses (ding-dong), who only treat their highest AUM (Asset Under Mgmt) customer the best.
