This branch of EastWest Bank has been a great friendly and helpful bank. I have a very small account but the employees are always friendly and kind. I get quarters for laundry lots of times. They never make snarky remarks like my "other" judgemental bank!

I have been banking with East West Bank for over 40 years, but recently I received a letter informing me that the annual fee for my safe deposit box would be doubled. I contacted the San Marino branch to ask about the increase, and Branch Manager Ann Train returned my call. Unfortunately, the conversation was extremely disappointing. Her attitude was rude and dismissive. Their attention to detail and professionalism always makes me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend them!
