I have been banking with East West Bank for over 40 years, but recently I received a letter informing me that the annual fee for my safe deposit box would be doubled. I contacted the San Marino branch to ask about the increase, and Branch Manager Ann Train returned my call. Unfortunately, the conversation was extremely disappointing. Her attitude was rude and dismissive. I have been banking with East West for many years, and they consistently exceed my expectations. The staff at the San Marino location are incredibly responsive, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Their attention to detail and professionalism always makes me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend them!
