The worst bank. Wells Fargo is way better
The staff are racist. The service is terrible. They blatantly refused to cash a check because my middle name was not o the check that was issued by their bank.
This bank is terrible. The tellers up there are rude and not properly trained. There is so much verifications to be done over something simple. During this pandemic, I am not comfortable having to go out there to verify something so simple that could actually be done on the phone after asking so many unnecessary question that pretty much wasted my time. Do not open your personal or business account at this company or with East West Bank company.
