Their employees is just not welcoming, what a pathetic place
Great bank so far Wish their cards had tap but everything else amazing
The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. She smirked at me and said, “You don’t know your PIN?” and then dismissed me by saying they couldn’t help process my cashier’s check, as if I were an idiot. People forget things sometimes—that doesn’t justify mocking or talking down to a customer. Smirking and dismissing someone is the opposite of customer service. If you work behind a window dealing with the public, basic respect should be expected.
