I am very disappointed with this bank’s customer service and communication. The customer service representatives were not professional and did not take my concerns seriously or make a genuine effort to resolve my issue. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. If 0 stars was an option instead of 1, I would have rate this bank a 0.
