Shoutout to Maggie Sun, the EastWest Bank representative, and her team for the exceptional service I received at the Mission Fremont branch. After suspecting I had been scammed recently, I rushed to the Fremont branch to verify my account transactions. Maggie made calls and even contacted my credit card company to confirm and verify my online transactions. In the end, I was able to come out of the situation with my credit intact. Above all, she did all that with a smile. That is what I call personal banking.
I’ve been banking with this branch of East West Bank for over a decade and am always pleased by the customer service and insights from Maggie. Maggie has been with the branch for over 20 years and it’s clear that she has a very strong understanding of all of the bank’s product offerings. She has a true sense of responsibility over her clients’ financial needs and has even been known to send updates to clients outside of working hours. Highly recommend banking with Maggie at this branch of East West Bank.
Fremont Mission location is the most chill branch. The workers are super nice and welcoming. I had no problems making deposits and withdrawals or CD here.they always try their best to help customers.
The same issue on Every bank with asian people working, they can't do their job!!! Very frustrating not able to cash a check!!!
