probably the worst customer service ever in banking district!! i called the branch over the phone. the lady told me i called the wrong branch before i disclosure any personal info. seriously?? ridiculous! very rude and this is unacceptable.

I am giving 5+++ Stars to Mr. Roger Lin, the Relationship Banker at Cerritos Branch. He provides high quality service with his great acknowledge and experience for my every bank needs. Mr. Lin has a great personality, easy to talk to, great communications, polite, acknowledgeable and attentive that I believe he is a great asset to the Bank.
