don't deal with the manager – Joseph Fong the manager of the branch has been really unhelpful and unprofessional. He has lack of banking acknowledge. I am a small business customer. He doesn't lishten to the customer needs. I would not chose him to be my banker. The former staffs in the branch are much better and helpful.
