Aside for online banking interface not supported on web browser on PC (which necessitate user to use the app instead) and payee name cannot support more than 35 characters and no support for special characters, it has very poor online support and customer service. How difficult it is to understand that your customer need extra wire transfer limit and your job would only require you to verify your customer identity and then fast track that request? spoke to a person , name rhymes with tin but with an M , this morning at gave her Social Security. I gave it correctly. She miss heard it and then wouldn’t service because she messed up. I had to get to the manager to get any help. I know I gave the number correctly because my husband was next to me when I said it and he turned his head and astonishment that she blamed us for giving her the wrong number , inexcusable incompetence.
