Aside for online banking interface not supported on web browser on PC (which necessitate user to use the app instead) and payee name cannot support more than 35 characters and no support for special characters, it has very poor online support and customer service. How difficult it is to understand that your customer need extra wire transfer limit and your job would only require you to verify your customer identity and then fast track that request?
