Best Customer Service! The staff at East West Bank go above & beyond. Each one of them always greet me when I walk in the door. They are always pleasant & courteous. I feel like I know each one of them individually & I truly appreciate the personal touch they always offer. I'll continue to bank there based on these points. It's hard these days to find kind & friendly people!
United Commercial Bank I have been banking with United Commercial Bank for approximately 4 years and has been very satisfied with their service. Their staffs are always polite and seems eager to help out with any problems that we might have. One thing that I dislike is the turnover of their staffs. It seems that there are new staffs at the branch every 3 months and I have to keep showing them my ID when I needed to withdraw cash as they do not recognize me yet.
Awesome BANK! Never have I been to a bank that provides such excellent customer service. They were fast and efficient. All their Customer Service Representatives are always friendly. They have a savings account that rewards you bonus for depositing a specific amount every month for a specific number of terms and they interest rates are pretty competitive compared to large banks
Friendly and community based service. United Commercial Bank caters mainly to the Asian community, known primary in Los Angeles area, also serve branches in San Francisco, and overseas. A very trustworthy bank, who doesn't try to sell a multiple number of services, rather they provide very good customer service, and cater to everyone seemingly to the same level.
