I was at this location 2 minutes ago. I brought a check pay to the order of "cash" instead of my name. Kyle Lei did not want to cash it because he couldn't verify if his customer wrote check to me. He insisted on getting my ID and still did not cash it. He made a call to his customer & had no answer. What brothers me is that he did not seek for a supervisor's opinion. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have a Chase account but I was in the area and needed some cash. I left bak without cashing check.
Roger Lin is pretty helpful We only went to this bank twice this year and he had giving us advices to accomplish what we want to do in an easier way Thanks Roger
