Not only she worked very efficiently to help me expedite my application, she was also very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was at this location 2 minutes ago. I brought a check pay to the order of "cash" instead of my name. Kyle Lei did not want to cash it because he couldn't verify if his customer wrote check to me. He insisted on getting my ID and still did not cash it. He made a call to his customer & had no answer. What brothers me is that he did not seek for a supervisor's opinion. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have a Chase account but I was in the area and needed some cash. I left bak without cashing check.
