I sent my taxes to Jessica since the end of the 3rd week of March. I was initially told she was backed up by 2 weeks. I followed up 3 weeks later & was told she was still backed up. Almost 4 weeks later, I've yet to receive a followup & tomorrow is the deadline. I was dissapointed about this experience, but I decided to take my business elsewhere, where it was welcome and I was serviced the same day.

I strongly advise against working with Jessica Puckett at East Washington Accountants. Over the years, she consistently missed deadlines, ignored my emails and calls for months at a time, and even filed late multiple times without informing me.
