Really impressed by Katie. She gets straight to the point and has a detailed yet concise way of communicating. She definitely knows her stuff! The facilities are excellent too.
I saw Katie and she was exemplary. Went above and beyond in my initial consult and set me up to understand my knee injury, communicated what was going on and put a strong plan in place to overcome it and perform cone hyrox in August. Katie is a World class physio and I’d recommend her to all athletes and gen pop!
