Last Spring, I helped my 84-yr-old mom go through the approval process with AARP’s United Healthcare Hearing Insurance Co. to get tested for hearing loss. I was having hearing issues and was nervous it was structural if not genetics. Dr Roach was able to ease my fears after testing me and guiding down the path to what I need. They were very friendly and helpful and when the time comes I need to get my next check up, I know where I am going.
