They are very helpful
They are always so helpful and friendly, doing more than I asked or expected.
I lost a hearing and ETX got a replacement ordered. It came in just a few days later and they scheduled me to pick it at a time of my choosing. Why i got to the Athens office they had my new replacement hearing aid already set up like the one I lost. They serviced my other hearing aid and i was on my way in about ten minutes. Very friendly an efficient folks.
