Great job folks! Very fast service and install! Professional start to finish. The other generator company informed me it would be 6 weeks before they could get to our home. ETG two weeks and we're online and protected!! Thanks ETG and KTBB.
Johnny took care of the generator as it somehow got put on manual, not by me as the unit is locked. He did a month early maintenance call for me. I was out of town so deeply appreciated that done after he called me.
Easy to work with. Did a great job get us set up with a generator. Would recommend to anyone.
Technician was knowledgeable & friendly. Performed the annual maintenance & we are very pleased.
