I'm very pleased with the maintenance service received from East Texas Generator. The technician (Collin) is very knowledgeable about generators and answers all of my questions. I feel confident that my generator is ready to perform when needed and I highly recommend ETG for all generator services.
Great service, nothing hidden about pricing, reliable and fast service. Tech was pleasant to work with and clean.
Overall excellent, professional, and punctual service. While troubleshooting our generator problem, the guys at ETG identified improper, noncompliant, and potentially hazardous electrical wiring performed by the original installer. Based on ETGs recommendations, we hired an electrician to address the noncompliant wiring issues. Thank you ETG team for repairing our generator but also caring enough for our safety to coach us through next steps to get the electrical wiring problem fixed.
East Texas Generators did a superb job regarding the sales, installation and startup of our Briggs & Stratton generator.
