Please don’t use this company the secretary, (she works remotely) Kay Rogers has an attitude, you will never ever get past to a manager. Their 80 y o client that can’t hear hit my car. I honked three times before he backed up in to me with his tow hitch. I have called East Texas adjusting four times today and they know my car was not ready 5 days ago and I’m being charged for the rental. All they had to do was make one phone call to the body shop. This company is unprofessional, rude, and incompetent.
