I can’t recommend Toni enough for the amazing work she did for me during what was a complicated and stressful period for me. Toni was cool, calm and collected the entire way through the process, she clearly and regularly communicated with me and she consistently demonstrated a high level of knowledge and experience during the time she assisted me.
Although initial communication and interactions with this conveyancer were positive, she neglected to inform me she would be going overseas on a holiday in the middle of contract negotiations for the purchase of my new home.
