Really not as bad as they make it seem. Yes you do sign a waiver that states if you don't pay your bill by a certain date they will disconnect water and have a $50 upcharge for reconnecting services. I find this normal being that phone companies require payment on reconnection fees as well. As a bartender and worker in the service industry I can give them a good rating on customer service. The women in the office are nice and are always trying to help accommodate you as a customer to make your experience a good one. Thank ya... read more

Poor customer service my water meter only was changed out along with a $130 dollar bill. Called there office I was told a board member would call me. Did not receive a call back. Secretary was very rude and even stated “ That even if a board member would approve a reduction in payment, that she would have to think about it. I told her that surely 42,000 gallons of water should have been noticeable if leaking. Only place that showed dirt work was directly at meter.
