I Would Give 0 Stars if I could. I’m really disappointed with our experience at this daycare. Communication was poor, and I often felt out of the loop about my child’s day. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and I didn’t feel confident that my child was getting the attention or care they deserved. We sent our 2-year-old daughter here for two months and had such a positive experience. The center is always clean, bright, and welcoming, which immediately gave us peace of mind. Erica has been wonderful—she is responsive, kind, and attentive to any questions we had. And we especially want to mention Sarah, who quickly became our daughter’s favorite teacher. We have been sending our little one to Kindercare for the last 2 years. This place isn’t just a daycare/learning center, it’s more like family. It’s very unlikely that you’ll ever see a kid crying bc when we drop our children off, they know they are in good hands. The director and teachers become family. I have personally worked as a TSS at many different daycares and I have also filled in a few times at this location. I can’t even begin to start with the 2 short days I was here. We have had both our children attend Kindercare in Enola. We have had a great experience with both. From the teachers, to the center director, each treated our children as if they were their own. The teachers are attentive and the regular updates we receive made it a much easier transition. This was our first experience using child care and would not hesitate to recommend Kindercare Enola to anyone and everyone who is interested.
