I had rotator cuff surgery in Oct 2024. I used East Oshawa Physiotherapy for my post op care and recovery. Tania performed AROM on my shoulder exactly as the surgeon prescribed. This is a process in which change is the only constant. As I recovered, Tania continually modified the treatment to challenge me to do more (without pain or threatening the recovery to date).
