I feel I was so lucky to find Tania & her team, including Sophie & Doug, at East Oshawa Physio! She listened to me & acknowledged my feelings at the same time as understanding my injury & what the orthopedic surgeon was suggesting to start physio & saw me thru the whole recovery process! Best place in the world for physio!! I can’t thank Tania and Doug enough for working with me since being involved in two car accidents. They both have been absolute life savers and I have enjoyed my appointments twice a week over the last year and a half. They both care for their clients so much and it shows. I had rotator cuff surgery in Oct 2024. I used East Oshawa Physiotherapy for my post op care and recovery. Tania performed AROM on my shoulder exactly as the surgeon prescribed. This is a process in which change is the only constant. As I recovered, Tania continually modified the treatment to challenge me to do more (without pain or threatening the recovery to date).
