The worst experience I’ve ever had touring a daycare center. I was completely taken aback, disappointed, and honestly upset when I left my tour of this center this week (October 2025). Firstly, there are no cameras in any of the classrooms which was VERY apparent by the way the staff interact with the babies. Incredible experience. Foster care friendly. Teachers and staff seem to care. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks provided. And always mix of food so the kiddos try different things. Overall very pleased with our decision here

Our daughter has attended KinderCare East Norriton since she was 4 months old and is now in Preschool. We have had innumerable positive experiences and interactions with staff and teachers, any concerns were always handled so professionally and directly, and communication is simple and fast through the app. Our daughter LOVES going to school every day, that's how I know these ladies are something special.

Our son has been at Kindercare for a little while now, and we have had an amazing experience so far. Ms. Erica and Ms. Gloria are wonderful Directors, and our son has received loving care in the infants room with Ms. Vicki, Ms. Shumaila, and Ms. Theresa. Any small incidents have been reported to me in a timely fashion and handled appropriately. Clean, safe environment and secure facility. I wouldn’t recommend this daycare if your child has ASD like mines. I believe this daycare needs more training on how to deal with kids on the spectrum. I feel like my daughter needs were ignored. Some petty teachers but there was one who was always sweet to my daughter. I believe her name was Alexis. I could tell my child always felt comfortable around her. She was always patient with her. The staff needs to be educated more on autism.
