John and his crew were absolutely amazing. They arrived when they said they would and the job was done beautifully on time. We had them tile our back concrete patio. The outstanding service started of course at their store in Edgewood with their sales professional Debie. She was so helpful in choosing tiles and her communication throughout was spot on. Thank you East Mountain Flooring and we highly recommend them.
John and his crew did a fantastic job on our tile. They were well coordinated, efficient and respectful. We'd definitely hire them again!
Looked at carpet at several places in Albuquerque, prices were higher, no customer service. Came into East Mountain Flooding and boy what a difference. Everyone from office to installers were very helpful and friendly. They were great at scheduling around our furniture issue. They did a super job all the way around. We are very happy and will use them again when we do our bathroom remodel.
Had East Mountain Flooring replace the carpet in my entire house. They did an amazing job. We had an issue with the manufacturer and they handled everything. I very much appreciate how timely, courteous and efficient they are. I would highly recommend them!
John and his crew did an exceptional job installing carpet in our far Northeast Albuquerque home. Vicky, office manager, was very helpful in picking out colors and type of carpet. Their pricing was very competitive with Albuquerque carpet companies. From the time it was ordered it took only a little over a week to install. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I would have East Mountain do future work in a heartbeat.
