Excellent family owned company which means customer service matters to them. Phenomenal communication throughout the process from the inquiry about their product to the purchase process to the in-person delivery 2 hours north of their location. Love our custom dinghy. Highly recommend!
Have ordered in the past without issues. Recently ordered a new flywheel for my Tohatsu. They shipped it requiring an adult signature with photo ID showing over 21 years old. Took me an additional 5 days to catch up to UPS by having to leave work early to meet them in the field. UPS driver says they normally only see this with alcohol. Got a very snarky email reply from the company saying it is their policy and I should have read the policy before I ordered. I'll accept that but won't be ordering from them in the future.

Ordered carburetor diaphram and gaskets. The online showed 10 available outside Florida area. I needed the parts and Eastern showed all the parts available. The order shows pending and my bait boat is down. I need the parts to catch bait for my business so I call and leave 4 messages, sent 2 emails and the request to call back and cancel go into the ethers.
