I love this office. They are always very nice and accommodating. They provide me with great resources and information. The nutritionists are all well informed and my interactions with them are always positive. Jackie also is a great help and makes the process so efficient. She answers all of my questions whenever I reach her at the office.

Review for East Hartford WIC: I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated during my recent phone appointment. I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment and received a call around 7:44 a.m. saying I was missing proof of income and my weight. I immediately sent the proof of income for myself and my husband. The only missing information was my weight, which was not listed on my checkup paperwork — only my height and blood pressure were included. Have been trying to reach them since September. Nobody ever got back to me even though I left countless voicemails and tried over and over to apply online. 8 months I could have had help and didn’t.

The staff is always so nice and friendly. I give them such credit for how they handle everything they do a wonderful job. Every appointment I have it's always a busy place here. Thank you so much to the staff. I have had the pleasure of having appointments here for the last 4 years.

So far, I would give them a zero if I could. They don't seem interested in answering the phone or returning phone calls, so I'm not sure how they expect people to make appointments.
