Review for East Hartford WIC: I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated during my recent phone appointment. I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment and received a call around 7:44 a.m. saying I was missing proof of income and my weight. I immediately sent the proof of income for myself and my husband. The only missing information was my weight, which was not listed on my checkup paperwork — only my height and blood pressure were included. The staff is always so nice and friendly. I give them such credit for how they handle everything they do a wonderful job. Every appointment I have it's always a busy place here. Thank you so much to the staff. I have had the pleasure of having appointments here for the last 4 years.
So far, I would give them a zero if I could. They don't seem interested in answering the phone or returning phone calls, so I'm not sure how they expect people to make appointments.
Sign up online almost 2 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten a respond or call…. Every time I call it says the number cannot be reach. Can you people please get to work thank you.
Their service was great and the staff were very friendly. I have a great experience here.
