Rude women on the phone about an order I placed. I couldn't get a word in, explain or even try to talk to her. She talked at me, was impatient and didn't care what I had to say. Her facts were the only ones that mattered. Don't let a person like that represent you. No points at all on customer service. Learn how to talk to people.
RecommendedNot only is it a great little store to be able to go to, but the staff and cashiers are friendly and really sweet. Great local market.
I have shopped at the Easthampton IGA for many years..very satisfied w the food and friendly hometown feel..There is new ownership and changes..I wish they would leave the store as it was and not try to change it into another Citronella ..We have enough of that already...
My neighborhood grocery! I'm usually greeted with a smile, they support local schools, and their prices are consistently reasonable. Keep up the good work employees at IGA!
