As a lifelong resident of Minnesota I find the lack of property ownership rights within the city of east gull lake deplorable. Mayor Dave Kavanaugh is a petty tyrant. Under the city council's current leadership the lives of residents are micromanaged. Until the city elects new leadership, I do not recommend further business investments within the city. Nor do I advise people to move or work there if they value freedom and Independence from tyrannical bureaucracy.
