I severely injured my shoulder and Pectoral muscle a couple of months before seeking help. That was a big mistake - I should have contacted East Gosford Physio in the beginning. Evan worked on me with exercises, massage and some dry needling and the results were very good. I would honestly recommend anyone to attend East Gosford Physio Rooms, they will be able to help you.
I have been having treatment sessions with Marcus Kent from East Gosford Physiotherapy over several months now and I have found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Appointments started every 2 weeks then moved on to monthly as healing progressed till now when all pain has disappeared with tendons and muscles returning to normal. Problems covered my right shoulder through to elbow and lower arm. Well done Marcus a job well done. Cheers Peter Croasdaile
