I have recently seen Evan regarding arthritis in my knees. I play tennis 2 x weekly. Evan is very knowledgeable and thorough and gave me confidence that I could keep playing and I am. I continue to do my exercises and feel much stronger. I also walk alot at work. I definitely recommend Evan.

I presented at East Gosford Physio with gluteal tendonopathy. Evan guided me through a number of sessions of specific exercises which after a couple of months fixed the problem entirely. At the outset as an oldie I felt I may never get back to normal but Evan was kind and encouraging and was really good at listening to feedback as we went along. I couldn’t be happier with my treatment. Evan is a great physio!

Following my diagnosis of having a Hypertonic Pelvic Floor, my urologist referred me to Russell. Russell provided fantastic advice and support to help me manage the situation as effectively as possible. It's had a positive impact on my life and I can't recommend Russell highly enough.

As I'm about to commence radiation for bladder cancer I wanted helpful advice as to how to prepare myself for the procedure. Blake was excellent. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Unhurried. One had the sense he was someone who was interested in me as a person and wanted to comprehend my personal situation. From my perspective the resultant advice and counsel was spot on. Pertinent video clips shared and an exercise regime determined. Plus, I can call back any time. I cannot recommend the Centre too highly.
