Hello, Below was my experience from a year ago. Hopefully the service has improved since then. Regards - dave. This review is from a phone call enquiry. In regards to the customer service that was provided. Which was poor. Phone was answered by an older lady. Poor communication Rude customer service Was spoken down upon Was on multiple occasions throughout the call, interrupted. I felt humiliated. I cannot comment on the actual service provided as I never got that far due to the poor service over the phone.
I have always done my own tax. And I have never had to use an accountant however, with my new job and all the expenses I wish to claim I thought I'd get some assistance. I made the phone call to the local accountants that I saw online. (Support the local business's) and spoke to a older lady on the phone.
