Absolutely the worst people to deal with
Rude people and they won't fix leaks on the side of the road that run up our bills.
The workers are smart asses they apparently don't plan on opening the lobby again since COVID. I've seen them go to fix a leak on their side of the meter at a relatives house. 2 trucks showed up with 6 people. They wiggled it around until the leak was on the customer side and said it was their problem then left. We went out and wiggled it back and just let it leak. There's constantly leaks on the sides of roads around here that you can call about for months and they won't do a thing to fix it but if you get a leak it could r... read more
