I grew up in Campo and this amazing hardware store was more than just a hardware store. I cannot remember the number of times we were saved by this store. Back in the 70's my Grandfather and Uncle ran a butcher/ smokehouse business in that same building right behind the store. The wonderful smell of a smokehouse while buying lumber was a real man's dream. This store was always a nice place to run into friends and if you needed guidance on a project, an employee had the advice needed. I wish this store many more years of succ... read more
