My wife and I worked with estate planning attorney Andrew Sexton to set up a revocable trust. Everything went very smoothly and Andrew was able to answer our estate planning questions. He's excellent at translating from legalese into ordinary English. If you own a house and/or land he is able to move those assets into your trust on your behalf (except for paying the county fee).
