Joe was a Gaurdian Angel for me. I got my first pair of hearing aids from him in 1995 I think. Not only a professional relationship but a close personal one for 30 years. If I had an aid to fail,Joe or Mrs Riley would would squeeze me in and get it sent off. They knew me by my voice before I said who I was. I'm going to miss him and Mrs Riley.
