Had a classic car stored with them, best part about the company is Mitch the warehouse guy who's down to earth and the only human part of the business who actually knew what customer service was. Everyone else either doesnt give two hoots or hasnt got a clue. I had to chase them to setup a direct debit, I had to chase them to take a payment so there was at least some proof that my car was with them, after a few months still nothing, constant promise of being called and never was. 3 months later, I get a one sentence email, y... read more
