Very disappointed with the level of service at this brokerage. A deal that I had brought to the table was given to another lender. I have phone records, emails, messages proving the deal was mine to fund but only to find out 2 months later that someone else was the lender. Broker wasn't willing to do anything to make it right. Poor service and professionalism. This was on top of a previous deal that I was interested in that fell through because someone on the inside gave preferential treatment to one of their lenders.
Just closed a deal with these folks, it was fast and efficient process. Look forward to the next one.
Recently funded a private mortgage with ECPL and had a last minute hiccup. They were quick to come up with a solution and save the day.
