Worst moving company ever!! Don’t even think about trusting them with your items. We have asked this company to move our furnitures from a province to another paid extra to pack our stuff as well which they did a terrible job at the packing and the moving, they came inside the house with their shoes on for the packing and no proper rugs were used to keep our rugs clean that were still on the floor. First the positives: The guys were fast and efficient. They wrapped our furniture very well. The negatives: They broke 4 items (ceramic plant pot); a brand new trolley; a souvenir cup of my parents 50th anniversary (handle was broken off) ; a plastic set of 4 drawyers for storage (also new); they lost my 10-speed bike. Tried to explain by saying they told someone to go into warehouse for something and the person took our bike out of the truck instead? Makes no sense to me. I definitely want that returned.
