First the positives: The guys were fast and efficient. They wrapped our furniture very well. The negatives: They broke 4 items (ceramic plant pot); a brand new trolley; a souvenir cup of my parents 50th anniversary (handle was broken off) ; a plastic set of 4 drawyers for storage (also new); they lost my 10-speed bike. Tried to explain by saying they told someone to go into warehouse for something and the person took our bike out of the truck instead? Makes no sense to me. I definitely want that returned. Moving for me was traumatic and I couldn't have asked for a better crew than East Coast. They worked with speed and understanding. I was consulted where each item was to be placed on delivery which eased my workload. I didn't have to worry that everything was safely wrapped and unbroken.
