Amber and her team are amazing! They are always quick to reply and are knowledgeable and professional. And on top of that, they do excellent work too.
After Stephen and crew replaced all running and standing rigging I sailed over 18,000 miles, 13,500 of it solo in a giant north Atlantic loop including Newfoundland, Iceland, Faroes, all of The Scottish Isles, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Britain, Atlantic France, Spain, Portugal, Trinidad, and back to Herrington Harbor in 8 months of sailing. After light rigging tune and replacing worn running by East Coast Rigging I'm off solo direct to Portugal with confidence in work done thanks to Stephen and crew.
I highly recommend ECMR. They did a complete inspection of my aging rigging, provided a detailed report and suggested prioritized plan for repair and replacement. Amber kept me informed each step of the way! But best of all, when I had a halyard issue, the week of a key race, they were out to inspect and correct the issue in two days. I couldn't ask for better or more speedy service. ECM is my go-to for all rigging issues. And a special shout out to Amber for great, timely communication.
Fixed my mast at a reasonable price in the age of gouge.
