The delivery process used to be very smooth when drivers were assigned a dock door at the gate. Recently, security asks drivers to park in the middle lane to check in and scan, but there is not enough space to back up because company trucks are parked there. This creates safety and maneuvering issues. The previous system was much easier and more efficient for drivers, and bringing it back would greatly improve the delivery process.
I bought their brussel sprouts from Weis/Lewisburg, PA. I complained to the manager about all the stems that were cut off in the factory then stuck back in the middle of the package to add weight. Shifty! So I directly emailed this company and they never even respond, they just blow you off. Rude...that's also stealing.
You can start checking at this place by 6 am but don't come too early cause they offer no overnight parking, restroom available, it took about 1hr to unload me
1-16-26 Arrived 30 mins early and after put in staging was given a door close to appointment time and unloaded of 5 pallets with PODs under 2 hours
